PL400

The PL400 class A rain gauge consists of a cylindrical body made of anodized aluminum with a collection surface of 400 cm² inside which is mounted a funnel-shaped collection hole which, through a filter, directs the precipitate into a stainless steel bucket formed by a blade support. system. A Reed contact detects the switching of the rocker, filtering any disturbance due to false rebounds. The shape of all the mechanical parts has been designed to minimize any phenomenon that could retain or divert the water flow,
rather than concentrating it towards the nozzle in the center.

Also available in the heated version for cold climates (mod. PL400R) and with MCS module for
signal normalization (0÷2Vdc, 4÷20mA, RS485/Modbus).
