Shipping dates are based on the seller's best estimates. Seller will make every effort to ship on time, but will not be responsible for damage or loss due to shipping delays. WITHDRAWAL
All products offered by MyJ Sensores SL have a 1-year warranty with the material placed in our facilities.
The customer has fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. If the consumer and user wants to withdraw from purchasing the product or contracting the service, they may use the withdrawal form (this form can be found on the next page) to communicate their decision to the seller or service provider.
The purchase must be returned with all its products. In any case, for hygiene reasons, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and seal and with all their accessories.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

If the order has not left our warehouses, we will cancel it without problem, but if the order is already on its way, we will have to wait to receive it back and once receipt of it is confirmed, the amount of the product will be refunded less the shipping costs. The product warranty is the one provided by the manufacturer and is normally 12 months from delivery.
