Description

The Rain Gauge + HOBO kit is a functional product. This rain collector is used outdoors and is connected to a digital pulse logger. The HOBO UA-003-64 Logger is included.

For every mm of precipitation collected in the collector, an automatic emptying mechanism is activated. This process generates an impulse that is recorded by the counter or logger* (included) thus recording the number of impulses (= number of mm of rain).

The Rain Gauge is frost-resistant and has proven to be extremely reliable in operation, with an accuracy that does not differ by more than 2% over a two-year period.

Includes HOBO UA-003-64 Data Logger for recording Pulses (rain) and Temperature. It is the ideal data logger for a Rain Gauge.
