Product Description

 TS RS-02 piezoelectric rain gauge is a small measuring instrument developed and produced by our company to monitor rainfall. The working principle of the piezoelectric rain gauge is to use the piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric vibrator to convert the mechanical displacement (vibration) into an electrical signal, and then according to the voltage waveform change of the impact energy of the raindrop, the size of the rainfall can be obtained. In this way, the weight of a single raindrop can be measured and the rainfall can be calculated. This product has the advantages of fast response, large measurement range, high measurement accuracy, and maintenance-free; it is widely used in many fields such as geological disasters, sponge cities, smart transportation, smart agriculture, urban drainage systems, etc.

1. The rain gauge collects rainwater, and determines the rainfall value by counting the number of dumping buckets by volume. 2. There is usually a delay in rainfall data, especially during light rain, heavy rain, and heavy rain, which results in a deviation from the real-time situation.  1. Combined design, RTU, DTU, power supply unit and other components are independent of each other and need to be installed separately, with more exposed connections, higher failure rate and shorter service life.  1. A cement base weighing 0.5 tons needs to be prepared one week in advance, and the rain gauge, power supply system, RTU, base bracket, etc. shall be installed separately on site. It is time-consuming and labor-intensive. 2. It cannot be moved after installation, and it is difficult to clean up after disposal.  1. The rain gauge is often blocked, requiring regular manual maintenance and calibration every month. Maintenance costs are several times or even ten times higher than equipment costs, and there are hidden dangers to personnel safety in special installation locations.
