W5714 WiFi CO2 Sensor with Integrated Probe

Sensors with a Wi-Fi interface are designed to measure CO2 using an integrated sensor (included in the scope of delivery).

Communication with the sensor is via a wireless Wi-Fi network. The device allows measured values ​​to be sent to the online COMET Cloud (at a minimum interval of 5 minutes) or to the COMET database. The values ​​can be viewed on integrated web pages and provided to third-party systems via Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON, and XML. The measured values ​​are displayed on the LCD screen.

The device continuously evaluates the alarm limits of the measured values ​​and, if they are exceeded, can send an email or provide an audible or optical signal. Two alarm limits are supported per measurement channel.

The main advantage of sensors with a Wi-Fi interface is their easy installation in locations with available Wi-Fi infrastructure. Simply place the sensor in the desired location and connect it to the Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi sensor, in combination with COMET Cloud, offers a comprehensive monitoring and alarm solution without the need for a server for the user. If necessary, the sensor can also connect to third-party systems, either via Modbus TCP, SNMP, or by sending JSON data to an HTTP server. The sensor also allows you to provide values ​​in XML and JSON via HTTP GET requests.

Thanks to these unique features, the WiFi sensor will find applications in a wide range of areas.
