ORP-11 LAQUATWIN ORP (OXIDATION-REDUCTION POTENTIAL) meter

It is a REDOX POTENTIAL (ORP) meter used in a wide variety of analyses and measurements. It measures ORP reliably and is very easy to use. It only takes a few seconds to give a result, making it an ideal instrument for field analysis.

Different measurement methods:

• Immersion: Sample can be analyzed in a beaker.

• Drops: LAQUAtwin meters can measure sample volumes as small as 0.05 ml by placing a drop of sample on the sensor with a pipette.
• Solid samples: Foods containing some moisture can be analyzed by placing a small piece directly on the sensor.
• Powders: Simply place the powder sample on the sensor and pour the defined volume of deionized water over it.
• Paper and fabric: If you want to test sheets of paper and fabric, cut the sample into small pieces and place them directly on the sensor. Pour the set volume of deionized water over them.

Measurement in three easy steps:

1. Calibration: For a correct calibration, it is necessary to clean the sensor beforehand. Otherwise, rinse with water, put some standard solution on the sensor and press the calibration button. A smiley face will appear to indicate that the calibration is complete. Clean the sensor with water until the calibration solution is removed and dry it with a soft, clean cloth.

2. Analysis: You only need a small amount of sample, so simply fill the sensor and wait a few seconds until the smiley face appears.

3. Cleaning: Always keep the sensor clean.

Sensors should be replaced after approximately 1500 measurements or when calibration cannot be performed. Sensors are sold separately and can be easily removed and replaced.
